As a native of Georgia, I am proud of my southern heritage but defiantly not afraid to admit that I am inspired by contemporary architecture. Throughout my time at college, I have developed an extreme passion for architectural interior design. Regardless of the design style, I seek to create spaces that improve the way individuals live, work, and play with each project.

With a continuing passion to learn, I am constantly seeking new opportunities for personal growth. After interning at both a design and architectural firm, I am comfortable collaborating in both professional settings. Even as a student, I sought out opportunities to experience NeoCon and the International Home Furnishings Market. Writing for a nationally recognized publication has given me additional reason to stay current with top trends and designers and has taught me to voice an opinion for a target audience.

After working for a furniture dealership in Birmingham, life directed me to a charming antique shop in Mountain Brook Village. Working at Mulberry Heights Antiques has given me opportunity to continue my education through learning more about European antiques. Along with the day-to-day tasks of running a small business, I have been able to help create a social media presence for the shop, stage, shoot, and design national print adds, and design for residential clients of the shop. Looking ahead, I am excited to see where design will take me and who's lives I will get to be a part of.
